Handmade Blooming Tea
Using Silver Needle White Tea and flowers gives a mellow flavor. Great for drinking and displaying. (We usually drink them first and then use them for display).
This type of tea is handcrafted by binding tea leaves and flowers together in a bulb, and then it is left to dry. When this bundle of dry flowers and leaves is steeped in hot water, it expands – resulting in an elegant blooming flower. The blooming flowers in hot water are the ones that will capture the most attention.
Blooming tea is derived from the Fujian province of China. The most commonly used flowers in flowering tea include lily, hibiscus, globe amaranth, jasmine, osmanthus, and chrysanthemum. Serve blooming tea in a glass container to see the beautiful flower unfurl before you. The teas are all hand-made according to Chinese traditional stories.
Taste: When placed in boiling hot water, the leaves unfurl. This allows the drinker to revel in the taste of tea.
How to Make the Perfect Cup of This Tea: Check out this step-by-step process:
Step 1: Boil water (160F) to fill your glass teapot
Step 2: Drop the tea bundle into the hot water
Step 3: Infuse – It will take around 5 minutes for the tea to completely unfurl and show its beauty completely.
Step 4: Pour into your cup. Sip and enjoy!

Alishan Oolong
Alishan High Mountain tea has stood out from the crowd as the most sought after Taiwanese tea. Because of its popularity, it sometimes makes me wonder if it is authentic.
Alishan High Mountain Oolong tea’s key characteristics are its complex, floral notes, buttery, and a slightly sweet, long-lasting aftertaste. The tea’s aroma is herbal and floral, compared to some like orchid or jasmine. The flavor is complex and floral, with hints of fruits that we can’t really pint point to. It is a slow-growing tea and is harvested only twice a year. Because of this factor, it results in a deep flavor that is prized by many oolong enthusiasts. The texture is light and creamy. This tea is great for multiple infusions and will keep its flavor long after the first steep.

PU'ERH TEA
Bulang Raw Puerh
Bulang is one of the larger tea-growing mountains in Xishuang Banna. The name of “Xishuang Banna” is originated from the Thai language. The ancient route of Tea and Horse started from the Southern end of Xishuang Banna. The raw Puerh tea was invented and introduced during the dynasty of Ming which was about 700-800 years ago. Ripe Puerh was invented in the 1970s.
Puerh tea consists of two completely different categories. One is called “Raw Puerh Tea” and another is “Ripe Puerh Tea”. To simplify it, it goes from pan-frying, rolling, drying, and aging it in the storage for raw Puerh tea. As for ripe Puerh, it is fully fermented by mold rather than aged in storage. Normally, people dislike Puerh because of the moldy flavor which is caused by the poor quality of the tea. The earthy flavor in Puerh tea does not only give an unpleasant drinking feeling but also causes health risks. This is why we are carefully selected Puerh from a trusted tea farm.
INGREDIENT: 100% Camellia Sinensis (Tea)
