Tea leaves were steamed rather than roasted to produce a rich dark green color and deep taste with a light grassy aroma. This tea is grown by a tea master in Uji, Japan same as our Genmai Matcha Tea. His family has been producing tea since 1751.

BREWING DIRECTION: Use cooler water temperature around 122F - 140F about 1 gram per 30 ml of water.
