Daichi No Uta (Earth's song) Matcha uses hand and machine picked during harvest then traditionally stone ground. It has a bright green color with a very mild grassy taste with umami. Suitable for making thin tea (Usucha) in Japanese Tea Ceremony.

INGREDIENT: 100% Camellia Sinensis (Tea)

CAFFEINE LEVEL: Low

ORIGIN: Uji, Japan

WEIGHT: 30 g | 1.05 oz

BREWING DIRECTION: About 1/2 teaspoon (or about 2 bamboo scoops) at 175F per 6 oz, use a bamboo whisk and whisk it in a W motion. 

GOOD TO KNOW: Keep in an air-tight container, away from strong odor or sunlight.
