Shipping

We ship most of your orders on the next business day. 
Free shipping on purchases of $50 or more in Minnesota or $80 or more in other states.

Point Program

​Very easy. Every 15 dollars spent, you receive 1 point. 10 points equal $10 that you can spend to any product in our store. All you need to do when you check out at our shop is to enter your phone number to generate the account and receive points. Please noted that the points are set to expire within 12 months.

Return / Exchange

We truly want our customers to be happy with our products. If you have not opened the products, please let us know within 30 days after your purchase for an exchange or a return either by phone (612-433-7723) or email [email protected]. We are happy to help. 

In some cases such as defective products, we are happy to send out a new product (shipping cost is on us) or fully refund. Please let us know your address by phone (612-433-7723) or email [email protected].
