Puerh Cake
Pu'erh is also called dark tea. Our Puerh Cake is a Shou-cha (ripe tea) fermented and then gradually aged with time. This is a bold, lightly earthy, and smooth taste of tea.
If you have traveled to Hong Kong, you may have tasted a wonderful dim-sum meal with Puerh. This tea is known to help with digestion, lower cholesterol, and seed your gut with probiotics.

BREWING DIRECTIONS: 6-7g (or about 0.2oz) per 6 oz of water | 212F or 100C | Multiple infuses.
ORIGIN: Yunnan, China. Aged 2014.

Therefore, the quality could be poor and, sometimes, with mold. We obtained our Puerh cake directly from our tea farmers to make sure that we receive a quality product.
