Houji Bancha (aka Roasted Green Tea)
We love this tea from Tsukigase, Japan. It is called Houji Bancha in Japanese. It has a nutty aroma. When brew, it has a darker chocolate color. It tastes is also nutty and no astringent can be found. Since it is a very low caffeine level, many Japanese gives this tea to kids. It is also very nice to serve over ice. Multiple infusions.
