Is this overnight steeping method suitable for most types of teas such as herbal or green? Also, is it recommended over using hot/boiling water to brew strongly then dilute with cold water? I’m wondering if there is a benefit to brewing overnight…

Yes, it is suitable for most teas. We recommended using room-temperature water and putting it in the fridge to avoid bitterness from teas for people who do not know how to make teas properly. Doing this way, teas will not be very strong but it is very smooth. If you want strong teas, use hot/boiling water to brew teas and put them in the fridge afterwards. If you decided to use hot water, be mindful of the amount of tea you use for steeping.

What is 2 grams of loose tea? 1/2 a teaspoon? And that is for one 8 ounce glass?
Thank you

Yes, 1 round teaspoon per 8 oz. of water.
