Cascara Coffee Cherry Tea
Cascara is a herbal tea that comes from the dry husk of coffee beans. In Yemen, cascara is mixed with ginger, cinnamon, and sugar. The drink is called "Qish." The flavor of cascara is lightly sweet and tart.

BREWING DIRECTIONS: About 1 teaspoon per 8 oz, steep for 5+ minutes at 212F.
