Huang Da Cha
Huang Da Cha is a "Yellow Tea" called the "coffee of tea." Its name comes from the fact that it is a heavily roasted style. The tea has both leaves and twigs. Because of its roasted style, it gives off a nutty and roasted taste reminding you of coffee. It is a very smooth and enjoyable tea. This tea is easy to pair with food.
