Medium Roast. The aroma, when brewed, has honey, floral, light ripe fruit, and a light woody hint. Due to tea trees being old (hint Lao Cong means old plant), it is mellow with medium-bodied, smooth but complex. Multiple infusions by removing the leaves from your tea and set them aside until you are ready to re-steep.
