We truly want our customers to be happy with our products. If you have not opened the products, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase to request an exchange or return, either by phone at 612-433-7723 or by email service@greattearoad.com. We are happy to help.
In some cases, such as defective products, we are happy to send out a new product (shipping cost is on us) or issue a full refund. Please let us know your address by phone at 612-433-7723 or email service@greattearoad.com.
