Witch's Brew

Handmade in a small batch to create a deep purple color. It is great for both hot or cold. It has a tart, sour note with a hint of mint. We love adding honey to the tea. Really delicious!

INGREDIENTS: Dried Ginger, Hibiscus, Peppermint, Spearmint, Butterfly Pea, and Rosella

CAFFEINE LEVEL: None

BREWING DIRECTIONS: About 1 teaspoon per 6-7 oz of water at high temperature. Steep for 4-5 minutes. Add sweetener or honey if preferred.

SIDE NOTE: Depending on the pH of the water in your area, we got a report from our customers saying they got a super blue color! A fun experiment for kids (and they can drink too)! Try adding lime or lemon to it and see what happens.
