Phoenix Honey Orchid (Mi Lan Xiang)

Phoenix Honey Orchid, or Mi Lan Xiang, is produced by a tea farm in Tian Zhu Keng village, Feng Huang Mountain, China. Its characteristic is light honey taste and orchid fragrance. This is a very smooth tea with a persistent orchid fragrance. Oxidation is about 30%, and it is repeatedly roasted. Therefore, it is a sweet, smooth, and subtle orchid fragrance.

BREWING DIRECTION: About a heap of tea per 6 oz of water. For multiple infusions, remove the tea leaves from your tea and set them aside until you are ready to re-steep.
