Minnesota Chai is a warm, piquant, and delightful blend of Darjeeling and traditional Chai ingredients with a slight hint of Vanilla.
INGREDIENTS: Darjeeling, Ginger root, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Nutmeg, and Vanilla bean.
TYPE: Black Tea
CAFFEINE LEVEL: High
BREWING DIRECTIONS: About 1 teaspoon per 8 oz, steep for 4-5 minutes at 212F. Add honey and milk if preferred.
ORIGIN: Minnesota
GOOD TO KNOW: Keep away from strong odors or sunlight in an air-tight container.

I first bought this tea over a year ago now at the MN Arboretum it has remained a favorite. I love the smell of spices and this tea fits the bill, winter or summer the smell is as wonderful as the taste. In the evening I've added a bit of milk to cut down the caffeine. If you like Chai I'm sure this will be a hit. I always eagerly await my tea shipment because it includes a sample of tea I haven't tried and a wonderful handwritten note thanking me for my purchase.
This is a favorite tea of mine the scent is amazing. I'm a fan of ginger, cinnamon. cloves these smells say winter and warmth to me. Breathing in aroma of a steaming cup after coming inside from the cold is a new winter delight for me.
