Our organic sencha is shipped directly from a Tea farm in the Uji area. We use first-grade organic sencha and only the first-picked leaves in Spring. It is grown in full sunlight and gives a light, delicate flavor with subtle sweet undertones and an earthly, breezy fragrance. Most Japanese enjoy this tea regularly.
