A simple but soothing tea that will whisk you away on a surreal voyage through your dreams. It is easier for your mind to relax and fall asleep.
INGREDIENTS: Valerian root, chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, passionflower
CAFFEINE LEVEL: None
BREWING DIRECTIONS: About 1 teaspoon per 8 oz; steep for 2-3 minutes at 212F; use soft or purified water; add honey if preferred.
ORIGIN: Minnesota

Carol H. I absolutely love this tea! It’s wonderful on its own, but for the last two weeks, I had a pretty bad cough and the chamomile tea with a little spoon of honey was just what I needed to nurse me back to health.
