INGREDIENT: Valerian root, Lavender, Pineapple pieces, Apple Pieces, Hibiscus, Lemon Peels, and Passionflowers. Natural flavored.

BREWING DIRECTION: About 1 teaspoon per 8 oz, steep for 2-3 minutes at 212F, recommended soft or purified water; add honey if preferred.
