Sora No Uta Matcha
Sora No Uta Matcha, also known as Sky's Song Matcha, features a rich umami flavor and a smooth texture, complemented by a subtle grassy note. It is suitable for preparing both Koicha (thick tea) and Usucha (thin tea) during the Japanese Tea Ceremony. Depending on whether you are making thick or thin tea, whisk the match until it is fully dissolved.
INGREDIENT: 100% Camellia Sinensis (Tea)
CAFFEINE LEVEL: Low
ORIGIN: Uji, Japan
WEIGHT: 30 g | 1.05 oz
BREWING DIRECTION: About 1/2 teaspoon (or about 2 bamboo scoops) at 175F per 6 oz, use a bamboo whisk and whisk it in a W motion.
GOOD TO KNOW: Keep in an air-tight container, away from strong odor or sunlight.
