Huang Da Cha, Yellow Tea
Huang Da Cha is a "Yellow Tea" known as "coffee of tea". Its name comes from a fact that it is a heavy roasted style. The tea has both leaves and twigs. Because of its roasted style, it gives off a nutty and roasted taste reminding you of coffee. It is very smooth and enjoyable tea. This tea is easy to pair with food.
Yellow tea is a process of having a light oxidation where green tea is to stop the oxidation in the early process. If you don't like grass-y taste of green tea, this tea could be an alternative tea for you.
