Sacha Inchi
Originally grown in Peru but is now commercialized in Thailand, Sacha inchi tea is the next "superfood". It has a mild flavor with a nutty finish. It is known to have a lot of Omega 3, 6, 9 fatty that are normally has in fish. Uniquely high in tryptophan, a type of amino acid that regulates mood, sleep, and hunger level.
INGREDIENTS: Sacha-Inchi fruit and leaves
CAFFEINE: None
BREWING DIRECTIONS: This tea came in a pyramid tea bag for easy use. The tea is blended with 50% leaves and 50% nuts. Steep in hot water for 4-5 minutes.
ORIGIN: Thailand. (And we can proudly say we work directly with our family in Thailand).
GOOD TO KNOW: Keep in an air-tight container, away from strong odor or sunlight.
