BREWING DIRECTION: About a heap of tea per 8 oz of water. Multiple infusions by removing the leaves from your tea and set them aside until you are ready to re-steep.

For cold brew, use about 1.5 teaspoons per 8 oz of water. Brew overnight in the refrigerator.
