Great Tea Road Co. has got its name from the historic Siberian route from where great quantities of tea are being transported from China to Europe. This route is also known as the Tea Road that surfaces in the Moscow Highway. By choosing this name, it feels to deliver tea lovers a journey of my passion and taste upthrust.
A profound natural mania to share my love for tea with people helped me be still and attain utmost serenity. No!! It’s not occasional. Being born in Thailand to a Chinese immigrant family, I have learned associating tea to every meal and the tradition has followed. Now, it’s a ritual to start my day with a cup of tea.
My ability to speak different languages helped me a lot in travelling to many of these tea producing countries which doesn’t even exclude the rural mountainous regions that nest small tea farms to discover high quality teas from my communities. It also allowed me to exchange interest and gain more information by speaking to the native tea connoisseurs about teas reputation and benefits. And after moving to the US, thinking of an organic tea store always gave me an insight of setting up an own-house to deliver the tasteful delights to people directly fetched from the lands of tea like Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and China. While our business partners work around Sri Lanka and India as he has more experience in these regions to collect the best organic products.

The mighty has led me survive for this passion to discover the nature’s loveliest tea gardens. Our insights of an organic tea store helped me to begin my Japanese Tea Ceremony Training with a Tea Master of Urasenke Tankokai Association and becoming a Certified Tea Professional. Today I’m a “Chado “(Japanese Tea Ceremony) Practitioner and had also served as the VP of Yukimakai Urasenke of Minnesota.
Most of our teas in our online tea store are USDA Certified Organic. I have personally worked with many tea gardens in parts of China, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, India and sourcing them directly from the farms to the US. I self blend the teas to provide you with more flavor, aroma, pleasure and an experience of a divine taste.
